  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products, downloads, templates, or online services once they have been delivered or accessed.

If you book consulting services, you are responsible for ensuring your availability at the scheduled time. Missed appointments may not be rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise agreed in advance.
